Why we like it: Aside from the quirky Impulse Saver app and a spot about how easy it is to buy a house, Colenso and Westpac seem to have been pretty quiet since they shacked up last year. But they've obviously been busy working away and this new campaign—an elaborate, cartoony dissection of the modern financial landscape that finishes with the new tagline 'help is what we do'—launches tonight.

Why we like it: Kathmandu's just gone through a big rebrand at the hands of Strategy. And while it's nice to have a new logo on the letterheads, the Kiwi company is hoping a visual tribute to the joys of travel, which was created by its Aussie agency, will get the punters in the door for Christmas.

Duke marks one year with live branded sport event

When TVNZ launched Duke last year, it was championed as a way of reaching hard to get audiences and acting as an experiment lab for new forms of content. And its first birthday celebration is set to champion those strengths with a live primetime TV sports event that will see two friends battle it out for Fresh-Up.
