Why we like it: TSB Bank has been at the top of the banking customer service charts for a while now. And, as a result of this solid reputation, it’s also New Zealand’s most recommended bank.
So Special Group, in its first TVC outing since nabbing the account in March, have asked the question: who would you recommend something special to? Good sorts, like the stroller picker-upper, the lost cat-returner and the food on the face alerter, yes. But bad sorts, like the poor indicator, the non-waiting bus driver and, easily the most violating of the bunch, the gym grunter, not so much.
And you’ll be glad to know, there will be many other good and bad characters introduced in the near future.
