Independent communications agency Pead PR has picked up a tourism client after winning a competitive pitch for Milford Sound and Queenstown tour operator Southern Discoveries.
“The chance to promote one of the world’s top tourism destinations is a terrific win for our agency and we are delighted to showcase Southern Discoveries to the travel market,” says Becky Erwood, Pead PR managing director.
This win continues a good run for the agency, which recently also won the digital engagement account for smartphone brand Huawei.
Erwood says the team at Southern Discoveries is looking to drive engagement among potential customers, particularly across digital channels.
Julia Savill, Southern Discoveries director of sales and marketing, says it has become increasingly important for the company to reach customers across new channels and Pead PR was well-suited to this challenge.
