Industry shifts at Colenso BBDO and Porter Novelli.

Sarah Williams, previous managing director of Porter Novelli has departed the PR company. Louise Wright, will take the reigns effective immediately.
Williams is set to move to Vector as its new chief marketing and communications officer after 11 years at the PR company.
Wright has been with Porter Novelli for the last five years.
Jim Gall, Clemenger Group CEO, said Sarah had led the agency to produce some of best public relations work in New Zealand over the last decade. He praised Sarah for her honesty, loyalty and dedication to clients, the team and the business.

Colenso strengthens CX
Colenso BBDO has announced Nathalie Moolenschot as its new lead for its growing CX offering.
An accomplished loyalty and marketing leader, she has been in the industry for over 20 years working on the client side at Westpac, Bank of New Zealand, Air New Zealand, ASB and The Warehouse Group.
Moolenschot says she is excited to join Colenso’s growing tribe of CX specialists.
