Latitude Homes are for ‘every type of Kiwi’ says Contagion campaign

Latitude Homes has launched a new, national brand campaign with integrated creative and media agency Contagion.

The campaign, titled ‘Built for every type of Kiwi’, showcases both the breadth of homes the business builds across the country and the people they’re built for.

From upsizers and downsizers, to first‑home buyers, investors and extended families, the work shows the scale and variety of Latitude Homes’ offering.

Strong local roots

It also positions Latitude Homes as a national builder with strong local roots where each home is delivered through local owner-operators and suppliers.

“Every home begins with you and with the right builder; the journey is simpler, smarter, and more rewarding than most Kiwis expect,” says Latitude Homes managing director Marc Hunter.

Contagion CEO Dean Taylor adds that the work focused on bringing together Latitude Homes’ scale and its hands‑on approach.

“Latitude Homes has the reach and capability of a national builder, but the experience people talk about comes from dealing directly with local owners who genuinely care. This campaign is about showing that breadth, not just in the homes they build, but in the people they build them for.”

The work is running across video, digital, out of home, social, search and content partnerships.
