Quantum Jump helps AA share their new app

AA New Zealand, in partnership with Quantum Jump, has launched a campaign for its new mobile app.

The campaign uses the visual mnemonic of a phone frame to amplify the many benefits of the new platform, helping consumers immediately understand what each feature does, why it matters and why they need it, says AA.

Digital support

Using the new app, members can manage their membership, request and track roadservice callouts, discover more than 45 member benefits across entertainment, travel and dining partners, track their emissions and fuel usage, get WoF reminders and more.

Jenni Ryan, chief marketing officer at AA New Zealand, says: “Our new app is a real step forward in how we’re using digital to better support our members.

“The app brings together the everyday value of AA membership with real-time service and visibility, giving members greater control, confidence and convenience wherever they are. We love how the campaign simply signals the many benefits for members. We want as many members as possible to adopt it.”

All live inside your phone

Wayne Pick, creative partner at Quantum Jump, says: “Who better to introduce the new AA app than Ray, the AA’s beloved bobblehead.

“In the hero video Ray guides members into a world where every benefit, every feature and every bit of AA’s century-old expertise lives right inside their phone.”

The launch campaign rolls out with a hero video, alongside placements across retail malls, Jolt charging stations and a wide range of digital channels.
