Ads@6: 27 January-3 February 2011

Last week saw little change from the usual suspects. However it must be summer because the Ellerslie Flower Show is on, Kings Plant Barn are having a sale and Water Safety NZ remind us how important learning to swim is, but not on a full stomach of Streets Splice. And of course Richard Till is still hogging the first 60 seconds of the One news slot with the Countdown Summer Series. The Good Guys make a regular showing and Sanitarium keep telling us how "Kiwi" they are. We still need to remember to brush our teeth, drive safely, buy a Lotto ticket or a Luxury car and get down to the Warehouse where everyone dresses up in big Kiwi suits. But, if you want to just get away from it all, try P&O cruises, or Te Papa's European Masters exhibition.

Duke marks one year with live branded sport event

When TVNZ launched Duke last year, it was championed as a way of reaching hard to get audiences and acting as an experiment lab for new forms of content. And its first birthday celebration is set to champion those strengths with a live primetime TV sports event that will see two friends battle it out for Fresh-Up.
