Last night, Te Radar showed the many sides of himself as he opened the TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards in a cheeky but informative video by TVNZ Blacksand.
With the Awards theme ‘There’s always more to it’, TVNZ Blacksand used the video to explain the meaning of it, so it went right back to the beginning and explained how these introductory videos come about.
From the brief, to the “ba boom” creative moment, to client guidance, to production, Te Radar plays the characters at each step from the uninspired creative to the client, makeup artist and the camera guy.
He also showed off his knowledge of the industry that he’s gained from years of hosting the awards by throwing about buzz words such as “dynamic”, “organic” and “intertextual”.
Te Radar’s final double denim ensemble made for many jokes across the night, including a comment about being the host with the greatest legs.
