Education New Zealand (ENZ) has appointed Special Group as its creative agency partner for its upcoming global brand refresh.
ENZ general manager of student marketing Paul Irwin says following last year’s launch of the New Zealand International Education Strategy 2018 – 2030, the sector is heading in a new direction that will deliver more benefit to New Zealand.
“It is important we have a strategic and creative partner with the Special team’s skill to help position us for what is ahead.”
ENZ is New Zealand’s government agency for building international education – worth an estimated $5.1 billion to New Zealand in 2017. ENZ promotes New Zealand as a study destination, supports outbound international education experiences, and supports the delivery of education products and services offshore.
ENZ’s well-established Think New brand identity is the centrepiece of its global marketing communications which include digital, social, PR and experiential. The brand refresh will evolve Think New to reflect a new brand positioning, which focuses on the high quality and distinctiveness of New Zealand’s education offering.
Special Group managing partner Michael Redwood says New Zealand has a great story to tell.
“We’re internationally recognised for our future-focused education system which attracts around 125,000 international students each year.”
