Smoke jokes

There are plenty of rules around the advertising of cigarettes in New Zealand. And this one breaks them all. At least it would if it was a real ad and not a joke based on a fellatio pun. 

Apparently the billboard was erected (teehee) illegally in Wellington today, and the ASA has already been in touch with APNO about the serious breach of cigarette advertising standards. It’s unclear who’s behind the stunt, but the Comedy Festival is currently on.
