To better service its recent publishing solution arm, Ovato has launched a new subscription service to complete its offering.
Ovato Subscription Service (OSS) offers a full sub management system and will be headed by ex-Bauer subscriptions operations manager, Gina McCondach.
Tony Edwards, General Manager of OPS says “OSS provides a fantastic independent subscriptions management solution for the magazine industry. Subscriptions are vital to a publisher’s bottom line but managing them can be time consuming and costly if not done right. OSS will take away the pain points with a reliable, cost effective solution, leaving publishers to focus on creating great content”.
McCondach adds “Our strategic partnership with European cloud-based system RunMags means we have created a product and service tailored for the NZ market. It positions OSS to provide a robust, transparent and nimble platform for customer management”.
