Make your own selfie gold

Oscar host Ellen de Generes famously crashed Twitter with a selfie snapped and shared on the social network. You might not quite get the same result with your own version, but a new website at least gives you the chance to try.

Urturn’s My Best Celebrity Selfie Ever lets registered users stitch their own image over the face of one of the many stars originally captured by de Generes and share the pic for a bit of fame. One visitor has even managed to sneak in a close up of their cat. It seems Grumpy Cat couldn’t resist getting in on the action either.
