Crazy recruiter is crazy

We all know how the digital landscape has changed how we’re picked for jobs – potential bosses are stalking us on LinkedIn and Twitter before they’ve even properly read our CV. But get this guy.

Richard Silverstein, co-founder of US company Goodby, Silverstein and Partners apparently launched a series of mad online challenges to find his new executive assistant. According to AdWeek, these involved transcribing gibberish, arranging VIPs and memorising names in two seconds.

If you can jump those hurdles you’re reportedly invited to the “Google Hangout of the century”. Oh, and ‘agency spies’ or anyone who’s written for an agency spy need not apply.
