Shine has welcomed Richard Maddocks to its team as chief creative officer and Andy Schick as digital director.
Before joining Shine, Maddocks was working as a freelancer creative director. He did spend some time working under the Many Minds banner with Mike O’Sullivan, Andrew Scott, whoch was founded in 2017, and also spent a year as creative partner at Problem Child from 2015 to 2016.
Meanwhile, Schich was most recently with Fergus Software before joining shine. There he worked as chief marketing officer for a year before moving into the chief revenue officer role for another year.
Prior to Fergus Software, he was at Krunch.co and Xero.
The two new hires come off the back of a three year business transformation for Shine, with staff numbers doubling and a reinvention of the business from ownership, personnel, core capabilities and client mix.
