MBM promotes Edd Lucas to general manager

MBM has promoted Edd Lucas to general manager of its Wellington office.

With over two decades of media industry experience across both the UK and Aotearoa, Lucas began his career in Bristol and London before relocating to Wellington in 2010.

Since joining MBM in 2018, he has played a key role in driving client success and agency growth, and brings deep strategic insight and proven leadership to his new role.

MBM CEO Lee-Ann Morris says, “Edd is a long-standing and highly respected member of our leadership team and has been instrumental in driving both client success and agency growth. With experience across public and private sectors, he is known as a collaborative and trusted partner. His deep understanding of our clients, people and our values makes him the ideal leader to guide the Wellington office into its exciting next chapter.”

On his promotion, Lucas says, “Having spent the past seven years at MBM working alongside exceptional colleagues and clients, I’m proud to see the business in a strong position under Annabelle Wilkinson’s leadership. It is an honour to now step into the role of general manager and build on that momentum.”
