V Energy takes out August Colmar Brunton Ad Impact Award

The August Colmar Brunton Ad Impact Award goes to a brand with a long lineage of advertising that has always been maverick, whether it has been through youthful mischief-making or quirky humour punctuated with gallows moments, this brand is back with another classic TVC.  A reprise of some previous characters now reinvented and repurposed for a new audience; this month’s winner is V Energy with its “Can you feel it?” TVC.  Balanced beautifully across each of the dimensions of impact, this colourful, irreverent road trip ad stood out for the following qualities:

  1. Distinctiveness
  2. Enjoyment
  3. Talkability
