In keeping with an ongoing tradition, a few industry players gave us their take on the year for our annual opinion harvest. Here's what Corey Chalmers and Guy Roberts, executive creative directors of Saatchi & Saatchi, had to say.

1. Favourite local campaign that isn't yours.

CC: No more Beersies 2.0.

GR:  Steinlager Deep dive. The TV was awesome (if he'd laid off the Steinies he may have got there).

2. Favourite campaign that is yours

CC: ASB Smurfette/Robot. Great acting, awesome direction, cool client.

GR: Force Fit. An idea beyond advertising.

3. Favourite international campaign

12. Heroes

CC: James Napier Robertson and Tom Hern – director and producer of The Dark Horse. Not even out of their 20s when they made it. Incredible.

GR: William Trubridge. One hell of a career choice.

13. Villains

C.C. Corban from The Block. I currently get mistaken for him about five times a week.

G.R. Corey from across the desk. I currently get mistaken for him about five times a week.

14. Predictions for 2015

C.C: ABs win another nailbiter against England to take the RWC 2015.

G.R. There's a very good chance that someone could Catch a Million.
