Waiheke’s new campaign shows the missed wonders of island living

‘A world apart, not a world away’ is the new tourism focused campaign created by the Waiheke Island Tourism Forum to show people Waiheke island is ready and waiting to welcome you back.

In response to Covid-19, Kelly Addis who owned BoilerRoom Communications in Melbourne, saw the opportunity to bring together a group of creatives who could bring some recognition back to the island.

The campaign is strategically aligned with ATEED and all local tourism operators who share the same strategy and vision, while Go Media and Lumo have backed the campaign with free exposure.
