Manchester United has come up with a novel way to appeal to inherently lazy football fans with a Google+ Hangout that lets them be at the game, kind of.

This weekend when the team plays Liverpool, 20 fans from around the globe will experience the game thanks to a partnership between the franchise and Google+ UK. The fans’ messages will also appear on advertising screens at the Old Trafford stadium, according to the club’s Google+ page.
