Tender love or chicken tender? Hell Pizza challenges Valentine’s Day tradition

Yesterday, Hell Pizza and BC&F Dentsu challenged the idea of Valentine’s Day with a campaign promoting a night for one, rather than a night out with the masses at a restaurant or bar.

Featuring ads on NZDating.co.nz and Tinder, the campaign promotes The Single’s Pack that allows people to embrace their solitude.

The pack contains one corn nugget, one chicken tender, one potato wedge, one crumbed camembert bite, one onion ring, one dip, one serviette, and while stocks last, one movie ticket.

Hell marketing manager Jason Buckley says it didn’t want anyone to be left out this Valentine’s Day so it put something together for the folk who might have left their Valentine’s planning to the last minute, and maybe make them feel a bit better about flying solo.
