This high profile promotion will see one property seeker win $100,000 to put toward purchasing a home – just for entering, saving a property search in their location of interest, and being the lucky winner drawn.
A bus stop in Central Auckland will also be transformed into a house where passersby can easily enter the draw via a QR code.

To be in to win, entrants will need to complete the entry form at realestate.co.nz/100k, have an account with realestate.co.nz and save a property search on the site or app.
The promotion runs from October 26 to November 30 2023. The winner will be drawn on December 1 and notified by phone. They will have 12 months to claim the prize money to purchase a property.
