The Magazine Bureau merges with Ovato

It has been announced that Ovato and The Magazine Bureau have joined forces to create the Ovato Media Bureau.

The Ovato Media Bureau comes as an opportunity that has been presented by independent publishers as they look to secure additional advertising revenue.

The Magazine Bureau, owned by Miles Gandy and Ovato’s Simon Ellis, will work together to invest resources to support publishers.

Simon Ellis says “Ovato is delighted to extend its involvement from our more recognised services of Print, Distribution (Letterbox and Retail) and Data services to include Media Sales in its portfolio. Ovato Media Bureau is a natural extension and a positive way to assist publishers who may not have this sales resource.

“With readers preferences still heavily weighted towards reading Magazines in the printed form it’s only natural for a business operating in this environment to provide support promoting quality audiences that advertisers can engage with.”
