Take a trip around Auckland and you’ll likely spot a road cone in a place other than the road. Trees, statues and traffic lights are popular places for people to place road cones and now, Auckland Transport is on a mission to get its cones back.
Called #ReuniteOurCones, the campaign is asking people to identify the location of lonely ones so contractors can be sent to retrieve them.
The dedicated section on AT’s website includes a map for people to drop a pin on the cone’s exact position as well as a function to upload photos of the cone.
