Neon’s merger with Lightbox announced
Sky has announced the completion of the purchase of Spark’s Lightbox. Lightbox is now on the path to merge with Sky’s own streaming service, Neon.
Sky was announced as the buyer for an undisclosed sum late December of 2019. Although Sky says both streaming services will remain unchanged for the time being, they are working to create a new offer for the combined service.
