The next instalment of Mitre 10’s humorous and heart-warming story featuring Pete, the home improvement legend, and Grant, legend in the making, launches today on social and Sunday 13 November on TV.
Following Grant’s great success with his first DIY project under the guidance and encouragement of Mitre 10 team member Pete, the storytelling continues the relationship between the two and again centres on Mitre 10’s brand promise, ‘With you all the way’.
Jules Lloyd-Jones, Chief Marketing Officer, Mitre 10 New Zealand Ltd says despite it long being said to not work with animals or children, they have done both for this new Christmas ad.
“[I]t was an absolute delight, both in the making and the final content. Grant’s daughter was a treat to work with and everyone on set fell in love with the puppy Kevin.
“We’re all excited to see the next chapter in Pete and Grant’s bromance streaming into Kiwi homes and hope it provides some inspiration for our customers at this special time of year.”
