Colenso BBDO, Barnes Catmur & Friends, and justONE take home the three top prizes at this year’s Fairfax AdMedia Agency of the Year Awards.
Announced last night at an event held in Auckland, the three agencies were picked as Agency of the Year for their different size categories.
Colenso topped the 50+ staff category, adding another notch to its belt in a year filled with awards. Judges say the the company stayed on top of its game despite losing the lucrative Vodafone account to DraftFCB.
Barnes Catmur’s financial stability impressed the judges enough to award it the 21-50 staff category, while justONE’s well above average profit growth earned it the <20 staff win.
DraftFCB’s Bryan Crawford took out chief executive of the year, the judges praising his singular vision towards securing the Vodafone account.
