Loyalty NZ names interim CEO

Loyalty New Zealand has announced the role of interim chief executive office will be taken up by its chief customer officer Dave Mansfield.

The appointment follows former CEO Stephen England-Hall’s move to Tourism New Zealand, where he’s taken up the role of chief executive.

Chairman Phil Norman says the board is delighted Mansfield has accepted the role, which will be effective 23 March.

“As a member of the Loyalty NZ executive team for the past three years, Dave has been a part of delivering on our purpose to connect our clients with their customers and help them win and grow,” says Norman.

“He is well placed to lead Loyalty NZ through the period of transition while managing the delivery of major projects scheduled this year.”

Mansfield’s career background is in market research and advertising. As chief customer officer, he has led the company’s client-related activities, including managing the account servicing and marketing services teams, as well as its in-house creative design capabilities.

About his new position, he says: “I’m excited to be taking on the role during an exciting period of growth for Loyalty NZ.”

“The loyalty industry is experiencing a time of change, and we are well poised to make the most of increased activity in the sector over the next 12 months.”
