Spark Foundry promotes Kelly Rosnell-Shand to ‘shape the vision’ for client service

Spark Foundry New Zealand has announced the promotion of Kelly Rosnell-Shand to the new role of general manager client service.

Coupled with Rosnell-Shand’s experience in leading successful client partnerships, the promotion will ensure a continued strengthening of exceptional client service and output at the agency.

With more than 20 years of industry experience in New Zealand and the UK, Rosnell-Shand has worked across client categories including automotive, FMCG, consumer durables, beauty, QSR, telecommunications, theatrical and retail.

Shaping the vision

In her new role, Rosnell-Shand will be responsible for driving business partnerships, high-quality output, process alignment, inter-disciplinary connection and sharing her depth of knowledge for all Spark Foundry NZ clients.

She will shape the vision for client service at the agency and lead the culture and engagement of the senior client leadership cohort.
