Rise and Shine marks internal growth with three promotions

Full-service communications agency Rise and Shine is celebrating internal growth with three promotions.

Samantha Cortes, a valued member of the Rise and Shine team for over five years, is being promted to senior account manager.

Most recently, she co-hosted four key culinary superstars at an exclusive Le Creuset brand trip in Sydney to celebrate the brand’s 100-year milestone.

Bella Brant, who began her PR career with an internship at Rise and Shine three years ago, is being promoted to junior account manager as a reult of her dedication, creativity, organisational skills and strong relationships.

Brant is instrumental in various campaigns, including the successful Nala Bra-drona activation earlier this year, which attracted more than 500 people lining up to participate.

Kyla Packer has been working part-time as an intern while completing her final year of University and will now be stepping into a full-time account executive role.

During her internship, Packer supported a range of clients and projects, bringing enthusiasm, a collaborative spirit and a strong interest in creative ideation.

Luci Marshall, Rise and Shine’s founder and director, says: “Investing in our team is one of the most important things we do.

“Sam, Bella and Kyla each began their journey with Rise & Shine as interns, quickly proving themselves not only to be a great cultural fit, but to have that extra spark and strategic edge that sets our team apart.

“Each of these promotions is incredibly well-deserved. It’s deeply rewarding to see them grow into their strengths and deliver the kind of creativity, executional excellence and results-driven thinking that Rise & Shine is known for. I can’t wait to see what they achieve next,” Marshall adds.
