Phil Eastwood has been appointed as the new General Manager New Zealand of Out of Home media company JCDecaux.
This follows the departure of Country Head of NZ Mike Watkins earlier this month along with three other people who left the team in New Zealand.
During this transitional phase, Andrew Hines, Chief Operating Officer of JCDecaux ANZ, has been taking charge of the New Zealand operations.
“With an extensive background in the Out of Home advertising industry and a proven track record of success, Eastwood brings a wealth of experience and expertise to JCDecaux. He will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision and continued growth and success in the local market,” says Hines.
Eastwood joins JCDecaux with over 25 years of Out of Home experience across management and sales. He has worked in Out of Home roles across ANZ for the last decade, including senior roles at oOh!media and APN Outdoor. Hines has a strong understanding of the New Zealand market, a proven track record in revenue generation, and a strategic mindset to capitalise on opportunities.

Eastwood joins the Auckland office on Monday, 4 September.
