After a period of growth and several account wins, leading customer insights agency Perceptive has welcomed Priya Patel to its Customer Experience team.
Patel joins Perceptive as a CX data analyst having completed her internship with Perceptive and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland last year.
Perceptive’s CX Team Leader, Sammie Parkinson, says: “Priya might be the new kid on the block but has hit the ground running helping us to collect and process customer experience data right through to reporting insights for our clients.”
Patel says: “I’m really looking forward to working with the growing CX team at Perceptive.
“I crave to play with valuable data and insightful information to create positive customer experiences and I’m looking forward to developing these skills further with the team.”
As one of Perceptive’s CX Data Analysts, she will be responsible for data cleaning, survey implementation and helping Perceptive manage their customer experience platform, Customer Monitor.
Patel’s appointment is effective immediately.
