Sweetshop & Green appoints new development executive and Dentsu Aegis Network NZ announces newly created role of general manger of strategy.

New and improved

Dentsu Aegis Network NZ has today announced that Claire Beatson has been promoted from WiTH Collective Head of Strategy, where she has overseen market leading work for ASB Bank, into a newly created role of General Manager of Strategy for the network.

Rob Harvey, Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network NZ, commented: “Claire has been a great addition to our team over the past nine months, in particular she has done an outstanding job leading the strategic development for the much loved ASB brand work.

“I’m thrilled we have such brilliant talent already working with us that we can fill this critical role internally. Transformational work requires a deep understanding of people and brands, and strategy sits right at the heart of this. As we look forward and help clients prepare for life in a disrupted world, Claire is best suited to help our clients navigate this period, build their brands and deliver sustainable growth,” said Harvey.

Claire Beatson commented: “I’m very excited about stepping into this group-wide role to drive strategy across Dentsu. There are some seriously talented people in our wider team and a big part of my role will be to connect up the offering across the group to create strategically-led, cohesive ‘One Dentsu’ solutions for clients. We know this approach works, demonstrated through the work we have been doing with ASB. I look forward to leveraging this further with other clients to help them achieve greater success in meaningful ways.”
