MintHC expands team with eight new team members
Strategic marketing and creative agency MintHC has expanded its team with eight new appointments across digital, strategy, content, web development and client services.
Lee Parkinson has been appointed as principal strategist. Formerly strategy director at Plato Creative and a member of the Association of Professional Futurists, Parkinson brings deep strategic expertise and a future-focused mindset, helping clients navigate change and emerging technologies through commercially grounded, actionable strategy.

Niamh Buchanan has been appointed to the newly created role of strategy and insights lead. With experience at brands such as Meridian Energy and as the founder of a wellness booking platform, Buchanan brings a customer-centric lens to brand and business strategy.

Full of creative energy
In the creative team, Karl Fountaine joins as associate creative director, following the promotion of Craig Stapley to creative director. Fountaine, formerly of global agency TimeZoneOne, brings over 30 years’ experience, including leading his own agency and working extensively with major tourism brands.
Fountaine says it’s an exciting time to dive into new work with such a talented team: “There’s a real sense of momentum and creative energy here. The induction and onboarding process at MintHC has been exceptional too; energising, welcoming and a true reflection of the culture.”

Some serious digital horsepower
To meet growing demand in the digital space, Rodrigo Balcazar has been appointed to the new role of senior digital marketing specialist, bringing expertise from his time as head of advertising at Digital Simple.
“MintHC has some serious digital horsepower,” says Balcazar. “They are a sharp, collaborative team that knows how to drive real impact. It’s great to be part of a business that blends creative thinking with technical expertise at this level.”

Siobhan Beat – also from Digital Simple – joins the digital team as content marketing executive.
Meanwhile, Niklas Mack of Unyfy and Jonathan Copsom of TimeZoneOne have both stepped into developer roles, with Mack taking on a newly created position.
An exciting chapter
The agency’s client service capability has been further strengthened with the appointment of Christine Gibbs to the newly established role of client director.

MintHC co-founder and director of communications Alice Moore says the appointments mark an exciting chapter for the agency.
“The future at MintHC lies in the merging of world-class digital capability with powerhouse creative thinking. These new appointments reflect that ambition by bringing together sharp strategic minds, technical specialists and bold creative leaders. We’re thrilled to welcome them on this journey.”
