GLOBOX onboards experienced sales recruit

The GLOBOX Digital Billboards team is expanding, with their most recent addition bringing over 30 years’ of sales experience to the rapidly growing business.

Previously at MediaWorks, Lesley MacDonald’s high involvement in the media industry has enabled her to bring a wealth of knowledge to the GLOBOX sales team.

GLOBOX will see their digital out of home portfolio increase to 29 by June this year.

“GLOBOX is growing at speed so we are extremely excited to have Lesley on board to lead our sales team to assist with customer demand and continue building our network. Lesley has built amazing relationships with business owners Waikato wide and has a wealth of knowledge in the media industry to offer to the GLOBOX team and our clients. I’m really looking forward to seeing the growth of GLOBOX with Lesley’s knowledge and experience”, says GLOBOX Founder and CEO, Allan Nicholson.

Nicholson says that it was essential that the digital billboard company recruited a well-versed salesperson to support the significant growth that GLOBOX is experiencing. In just the last six months, the company has grown exponentially.

“We currently have 34 large format digital billboards in the pipeline toward our goal of 50 in this financial year, so it is essential that our awesome team continues to expand with our network”, comments Allan.

MacDonald comments on her appointment: “It is so refreshing to be involved in a company that is focused on growth. After being in the radio industry for over 30 years, it was the perfect time to move away from that medium and move into the way of the future, that is digital billboards.

“Success is contagious at GLOBOX and I feel privileged to be a part of this energetic team. Working for a company that puts their customers first in everything they do to make advertising affordable for every business, big or small, is amazing.”
