D3 business wins trigger a raft of new hires

Following several new business wins, independent media agency D3 has announced a line-up of new talent, seeing the total agency swell to 18 team members.

Alex Fallowfield joins D3 as Head of Client Services. Fallowfield who has held several senior client and agency roles has recently returned from London. She brings with her a wealth of experience across all digital disciplines as well as being an inspirational leader to both clients and team.  

Fallowfield says: “Having previously worked with Alex Radford whilst at iProspect a few years ago, and having watched D3 go from strength to strength, I was really excited to join during this period of growth. A genuinely transparent agency that focuses on its people and clients first and foremost is quite a rare thing these days!”

Martin Frankland joins the team as Performance Director after four years as AA Insurance’s in-house Digital Specialist in addition to several years in agency roles.

D3 Co-Founder and Partner Richard Thompson comments: “Martin really understands what clients want from their agencies, as well as being a brilliant digital strategist, so we’re really excited to see what he can bring to the agency.”

In addition, Conor Hinton joins as Performance Manager, direct from Mindshare London where he ran the social media account for Compare the Market, one of the UK’s largest advertisers; Briar Ulberg joins from dentsu where she was hailed as “one to watch” for her innovative approach to media; and Cameron Webber joins D3 from OMD Wellington where thanks to his hard work across both government and business clients, and his curious nature  was fast to rise through the ranks.

The agency also welcomes the first intake of the D3 Academy; Harry Enright, Izzie Brown, Rob Delany, and Toby Simson – hand-picked graduates from myriad academic backgrounds, who will not only learn the ropes of the media world but also provide a more youthful outlook to the media ecosystem.
