Amy Thornton Joins Perceptive as CX Analyst

Perceptive has welcomed a new member to its CX team and has announced two internal promotions across research and data science.

Amy Thornton joins Perceptive as a CX Analyst where she will be charged with shaping data for client surveys running Voice of Customer programs and analysing project results upon their return to better enhance the customer experience strategies and planning of Perceptive clients.

Thornton comes from a customer service background, notably working across NZ Post, Kiwi Bank and Vodafone. She will be working on several of Perceptive’s key accounts including OfficeMax, Suncorp and Kiwi Property.

Sammie Parkinson, CX Team Lead at Perceptive, says: “Amy has a natural empathy and understanding of the importance of a client-orientated approach and is motivated in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to businesses’ success. Her experience in customer service and her outgoing personality make her a perfect fit for our team and clients and we are excited to have her on board.”

Two promotions have also been made which include Hollie Cleaver to Data Scientist and Lauren Gell to Research Consultant.

Oliver Allen, General Manager at Perceptive, says: “Over the years we have placed significant resources and importance on training programmes and internships to create opportunities for our team to move up and for new talent to enter the agency.

“Both Hollie and Lauren have excelled in their roles over the last couple of years with us, with Lauren, in particular, having started out as an intern in 2017 and now taking on her well-earned promotion.”
