Sky Sport confirms Roger Tuivasa-Sheck to join NRL broadcast team
Sky Sport has confirmed that rugby league player Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will join Sky’s NRL coverage for the remainder of the 2026 season.
The Dally M Medallist will step into an expert analyst role from June 27, when the New Zealand Warriors take on the Dolphins, bringing his insight and experience to Sky’s comprehensive wraparound coverage.
Tuivasa-Sheck will feature across both home and away fixtures, contributing to pre-match, halftime and post-match analysis.
The most respected voices in rugby league
The appointment comes after Tuivasa-Sheck was sidelined for the remainder of the season following a serious knee injury last month.
A decorated figure in the game, Tuivasa-Sheck adds further star power to a Sky Sport NRL lineup, joining the likes of Shaun Johnson, Laura McGoldrick, Monty Betham and more.
Gary Burchett, Sky’s head of sport content, says: “Roger is one of the most respected voices in rugby league, not just for what he’s achieved, but for how he sees the game.
“This is about adding insight our audience can’t get anywhere else. Roger understands the modern player, the pressure moments and importantly the detail that shapes the Warriors fortunes.
“We’ve been deliberate in building a lineup that reflects the game at the highest level – current, credible and connected to the audience. Roger strengthens that and signals the standard we’re setting for how rugby league is covered on Sky,” Burchett adds.
