OMD retains Beiersdorf account after 13-year partnership

OMD has retained the media account of skin care company Beiersdorf following a trans-Tasman multi-agency pitch.

OMD has been an agency partner of the business—which includes the brands Nivea, Eucerin, La Prairie, Labello, Hansaplast, Florena and 8x4—since 2005 and the agency’s new CEO, Nigel Douglass, is thrilled to continue the partnership after such a long tenure.

"... this is a testament to the great work and results our team continue to deliver,” he says.

To win the pitch, OMD demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the industry and passion for the business.

General manager of marketing at Beiersdorf Australia Julia Braun says the agency proved itself to be the right partner to lead the business forward.
