NZME celebrates its journalists with new NZ Herald campaign

NZME has launched a new NZ Herald campaign that celebrates its journalists across the country.

It acts as an extension to the Herald’s previous campaign News Worth Knowing.

The new campaign, News You Can Trust, is running across multiple platforms, including radio, print, digital, television and out of home. It has been a collaboration across NZME’s editorial, marketing, group creative and sound and vision teams.

NZ Herald editor in chief Murray Kirkness says: “This campaign is about celebrating the talented journalists we have working in our newsrooms right across the country. It demonstrates how deeply our journalists care about their role in society in holding the powerful to account, uncovering the stories that need to be told and keeping New Zealanders informed on the issues that affect their lives.

“The NZ Herald’s mission has always been to deliver news you can trust, and that trust is built on the dedication, integrity and expertise of our journalists. We’re proud to shine a light on the people behind the stories and the vital work they do for communities nationwide.”
