The In-House Agency Council has launched a new independent podcast, In-House Insights.
In-housing continues to grow across the Tasman, with 78% of brands now operating in-house teams. The weekly podcast covers industry developments, and gives in-house and hybrid agency leaders from local organisations a platform to share their experiences and perspectives.
Something genuinely useful
Abby Blackmore, head of IHAC and co-host of In-House Insights, says: “There’s a lot of noise around in-housing, but not enough of it comes from the people inside these teams.
“That’s what we’re trying to do with this podcast. We wanted to create something that’s genuinely useful – practical conversations, real examples and honest perspectives from people who are actually doing the job and figuring it out as they go.”
Chris Maxwell, founder and CEO of -lution and co-host of In-House Insights, adds: “In-housing has become a core part of how a lot of organisations are operating now. The pace of growth we’re seeing across Australia and New Zealand is huge, and it’s changing how teams are structured, how work gets done and how brands think about creativity.
“It’s creating a whole new set of opportunities, but also new challenges, and that’s exactly the kind of conversation this podcast is tapping into.”
