Finalists of the 2019 IAB New Zealand Digital Advertising Awards have been announced and its set to be a big night, with the number of categories increasing on last year’s event and the number of entries more than doubling.
There are 59 finalists across the 23 categories and IAB New Zealand CEO Gill Stewart says it’s particularly pleased with the level of support from agencies.
“We would like to extend our thanks to the panel of judges, which has increased from 11 to almost 50 this year, each of whom have generously provided their time. Thanks also to our sponsors, without whom these awards would not be possible. We are looking forward to celebrating the best talent in the industry at the awards.”
Among the finalists, ‘ACast Podcasting’ by Digital Commons and ‘Driving online conversion on a pay for performance basis’ by S.L.I.C.E Digital are up for the Digital Product of the Year Award.
Meanwhile, ‘OneRoof – disrupting the traditional property model in NZ’ by NZME and Scroll Media (New Zealand) are the finalists for Digital Start-up of the Year Award.
The Agency of the Year finalists are MBM, OMD New Zealand and This Side Up.
