Go Media network ‘hits the ton’ puts on a party and wins back Wellington gateway

Go Media has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 12 digital locations in Christchurch, taking its total number of sites nationwide to 106. The new sites shift to Go Media on 1 July.

“The acquisition was very strategic for us,” says Jason Burns, South Island Sales Manager. “The footprint of the new sites dovetails nicely into into our existing network. The media performance we can now provide OOH advertisers in Christchurch is unparalleled.”

“Being the first OOH company to break the 100 digital screen mark is a milestone moment, worthy of a celebration. To that end we’re putting on an impromptu Billboard Top 100 party at Shy Guy bar this Thursday, following the Beacon Awards. Everyone is welcome!” says General Manager Simon Teagle.

In other news the best billboard in Wellington moves back to our portfolio from September.

“The 17m x 5m spectacular gateway site on the motorway reaches CBD bound motorists,” adds Dean Shaw, Head of Development.

LUMO has been operating the digital screen for the last couple of years.
