GLOBOX Digital Billboards to launch four digital billboards in Hamilton

GLOBOX Digital Billboards is set to expand their existing billboard network with four new digital billboard screens that will light up Hamilton’s busiest intersection.

Due to go live on March 1, they are situated in a prime location at the Burger King Te Rapa intersection and near the Base shopping centre.

The four new LED screens will be GLOBOX’s largest traffic volume site, closely followed by their Greenwood Street and Ruakura sites.

“I believe the impact of this project will significantly uplift the vibrancy of the environment around Hamilton’s largest shopping complex and on the busiest intersection in the Waikato,” says Chief Executive Officer and Founder of GLOBOX, Allan Nicholson.

The four screens will be the same 12m x 4m size as GLOBOX’s popular Greenwood Street digital billboard. The new additions will allow the digital billboard company to better keep up with customer demand as their billboards are becoming highly sought after.

“With the customer demand GLOBOX has received over the last 12 months, we have taken steps to develop sites not only in more great Waikato locations but also in Auckland, Tauranga and Christchurch. We are well on track to be a national player in the DOOH space in the third quarter of 2022,” saysNicholson.

The new additions will see the GLOBOX Hamilton portfolio increase to sixteen screens with more sites in the works nationwide.

“With the installation of these four digital billboards, it will allow GLOBOX to establish itself at every corner of Hamiton city. It’s our intention to carry this model through to the next city and as a team we will achieve this. 1st of March couldn’t come sooner.”
