Ghosts of Christmases past

TV and movie streaming service Netflix has gone all warm and fuzzy with the story of a Christmas tree-topping ornament who’s seen it all.

Netflix teamed with agency Deutsch LA to convey the idea that using the service can bring the family together, complete with the glassy-eyed stares you get after stuffing your face with turkey.

The porcelain decorated angel reminisces, in a voice that sounds like one of Marge Simpson’s chainsmoking sisters (it’s actually Sopranos star Lorraine Bracco), about surviving 34 years of Christmas adventures and disasters.

As she says, you can’t help smiling when a happy expression is painted on your face.
