BBC Music launches with a star spangled ballad

The BBC’s version of the Beach Boys’ classic ‘God Only Knows’ features a plethora of artists from a great deal of backgrounds. Brian Wilson, Lorde, Elton John, Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Stevie Wonder, Dave Grohl, Jake Bugg, Emeli Sandé and Chris Martin, to name a few.

BBC Music, described the new venture as “an ambitious wave of new programs, innovative partnerships and ground-breaking music initiatives.”​ The song will also be used to raise money for BBC’s Children in Need charity​ using the money made from people purchasing the song.
