Air New Zealand gets you right in the feels with another Christmas cracker

It’s hard to believe Air New Zealand has had the time to actually fly people around the country/world this year given all the major marketing campaigns it’s launched. And while it’s already had a crack at Christmas, once is never enough. So, in a continuation of its Meanwhile in New Zealand series, it’s got a bunch of Air New Zealanders to help ensure a six-year-old boy called Archie gets a visit from Santa after his family moved from Broome in Western Australia to Queensbury, which is about an hour outside of Wanaka.

Archie is worried that Santa wouldn’t be able to find him in his new locale, but his dad Nick, along with some engineers and cabin crew, bring their plan to life—and his response would melt even the stoniest of hearts.

The clip was created by Host, Sydney, and shot by Two Bearded Men.

Last year, the same agencies brought a bit of Christmas magic to Portobello in Otago and constructed a very special Christmas tree.

Air New Zealand has also welcomed the big guy onto its flights today to hand out a few pressies.

This guy.. 😉 Guess who’s jumping onboard today, he could be on your domestic flight sprinkling some Christmas magic. #AirNZXmas
