
Bastion appoints Sharon Adams as head of operations
Bastion has appointed Sharon Adams as head of operations to strengthen the agency’s operating model.
Adams joins Bastion with more than two decades of experience leading operational excellence across both agencies and creative businesses.
She brings deep expertise in agency operations, workflow optimisation, resource management and integrated delivery, having held senior operational leadership roles at Plus Also Studios (Howatson+ Co), CHEP Network and Clemenger BBDO across creative, production and digital environments.
An exceptional leader
In her new role, Adams will work closely with Bastion’s leadership team to enhance operational efficiency, support cross-disciplinary collaboration and further evolve the agency’s integrated model to meet the changing needs of modern marketers.
