Quantum Jump automates Universal Homes

The complexity of implementing joined up communication programmes through marketing automation platforms is not for the faint hearted. Universal Homes turned to Quantum Jump to help create customer journeys and creative templates for a wide range of customer experiences.

Lead nurture programmes, home build status updates, site release and new home listings, and many more creative elements and journeys have been brought to life and set up to create an enhanced experience for people connecting with, or ultimately buying from, Universal Homes.

“At Universal Homes we’re all about creating great customer experiences as we help Aucklanders find homes in modern communities where they can thrive” commented Head of Marketing, PJ Morris. “Part of doing this is elevating how we communicate with people who are interested in buying a Universal Home, and then the whole process while houses are under construction and even after move-in.  We identified that generally speaking, this is something our industry can do better.”
