Ben Goodale, managing director of JustOne, will leave the agency at the end of the year to take a career break.
This change means JustOne is taking the opportunity to relocate to Richmond Road and co-locate offices with 99 and Raydar.
Troy Fuller, managing director of 99 and Raydar, will take on oversight of the company providing synergies for clients in the building. Amy Watson remains as managing partner, running the day-to-day operations of the agency, and Stu Hinds remains as creative director.
Nearly six years ago, the Clemenger Group NZ took a 100 percent interest in JustOne. At the time, the group co-located the agency alongside 99, but the co-location didn’t deliver the synergies expected.
Clemenger Group chief executive Jim Moser says they think it is the right time to co-locate the agencies and provide comprehensive marketing services to clients at all three companies.
He says the market has changed dramatically in the past five years as more and more agency consolidation ultimately driven by clients look to improve and simplify their marketing service partners.

Nicola Henshaw, director customer experience at 99, will take on additional responsibility as director of customer experience at JustOne. Moser says given Henshaw’s extensive experience in CX/CRM/data, she is a natural addition to the JustOne team.
“She will begin work on shared clients first and then provide services to other clients over time. Nicola is one of the leading customer experience planners in Australasia so she is ideal for this dual 99 and JustOne role.”
Commenting on the changes, Goodale says there’s never a good time to go but he feels that now is right to step away and take a breath and think about new adventures.
“I’m grateful to the many loyal clients we’ve had along the way since starting in 2006, the wonderful loyal team members, and for our amazing successes at the NZDM Awards. It’s been an amazing
experience. I’m also glad that we are able to saddle up JustOne beside two agencies that will work synergistically together, and build for the future, as a key part of Clemenger Group”.
