New Zealanders love when famous people mention their country. Eating Media Lunch devoted a section to it back in the day. And, with Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul premiering in New Zealand tonight on Lightbox, we've got a special (manufactured) message from Bob Odenkirk, better known as seedy strip-mall lawyer Saul Goodman.

Breaking Bad fans looking for another hit will be pleased to learn that early reviews have shown it doesn't suffer from spin-off syndrome and is as good, if not better than the original. Here's the trailer for the show Odenkirk called "85 percent drama, 15 percent comedy".

And if you want to know more about one of the men behind cult comedy classic Mr Show, Wired wrote a good profile of Odenkirk's impact on the internet a couple of years ago.
